AWA Homes is an 1887 heritage apartment in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart, currently being carefully restored with natural materials, original craftsmanship, deep attention to atmosphere & detail - and a lot of love.
While it is our living space, we (Lea & Phil) partly open it as a curated photo & video location. The space offers soulful textures, historical character, and a lived warmth that invites authentic and meaningful creative work.

Between heritage-protected stucco ceilings, raw walls, warm wooden textures, and
shifting natural light, each room carries its own unique atmosphere.
Three distinct areas across 70sqm invite exploration through texture, depth, and feeling -
offering a unique setting for photo & video productions within an actively lived and evolving home.
Our intention is that AWA Homes creates a sense of intimacy, authenticity, and lived warmth
that naturally shapes a soulful atmosphere for every shoot.
